Studio apartment for 2 people in Golf del Sur, Fairway Village. The Studio is located on the first floor with its own independent entrance. It offers a double bed, UK TV, two seater sofa, en-suite bathroom with shower. Separate kitchenette area with tea/coffee facilities, toaster, microwave, single hob and fridge/freezer. External patio area with garden furniture. Community facilities include swimming pool and a bar/restaurant. More bars, shops 5 minutes walk away. 18 hole golf course nearby.

Beautiful sunset view apartment

Beautiful apartment with swimming pool views and gorgeous sunset. The apartment is fully equipped: double bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, living room with comfortable chaise longue sofa and tv, dining space inside the apartment and spacious terrace with another dining area and sun chairs. The complex has a big swimming pool and it´s 2 min walk from the ocean, also near the port with water activities, sea promenade etc. There are supermarkets, bars, restaurants and bus stop right by the apartment

First Line Oceanfront: Stylish Retreat to Unwind

Enjoy the unobstructed Atlantic view from sunrise to sunset on the large, southwest-facing terrace. The apartment was completely renovated in 2023. It has a bedroom with a double bed (160*200cm), a living room with air conditioning and ceiling fan (140 cm wide sofa bed for an additional person), a very well-equipped open kitchen with dishwasher and a bathroom with walk-in shower. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment! The living room and bedroom have large glass doors to the terrace.

One floor flat in a gated complex with a Heated Seawater Swimming Pool and a 12 meter Hot Water Relax Pool, in a very quiet neighbourhood and with a Professional "omada" Wifi Network, ideal for relaxing or teleworking. 10 minutes from two of the best beaches on the island and next to a fishing village with fantastic local restaurants. Very well equipped to make you feel at home.<br><br>This small one-storey apartment is located in a private complex of 11 units by the sea.
