Summertime Luxury Apartment is located in one of the most beautiful areas of the city of Durres, at Shkembi i Kavajes, which has one of the cleanest beaches, with a promenade along which there are bars, restaurants, resorts and supermarkets of the highest quality. The apartment is beachfront and has an amazing view of the city and the sea, it is furnished in a contemporary way to satisfy every need of the guest. It is located on the fifth floor of a well-managed building with an elevator 😊

Durres bästa läge med fantastisk havsutsikt!

Vi hyr ut vår underbara lägenhet vid Durres strandpromenad. Lägenheten är högt belägen på 5e våningen med fantastisk havsutsikt från samtliga fönster. Perfekt läge vid ett litet torg där strand och strandpromenad möts, några få meter till bad och gångavstånd till stadens centrum. 2 sovrum, 2 badrum, 2 balkonger och allrum med öppen planlösning, hiss och hög standard. Köket är fullt utrustat med med allt du behöver. En balkong har sol hela förmiddagen och den andra fram till solnedgång.

Apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a well maintained 6 storie building. Has elevator. Price includes 2 car garage in floor -1. Newly renovated. New bedroom/kitchen furniture, and new AC unit in the living room, big enough for the whole apartment.
