It is a long rectangular shaped house with spacious bedroom and living areas. This stylish one-bedroom open plan studio is tucked away down a lane, and is only a 5-minute walk to Port Beach and an easy stroll into town. It provides everything you will need for a comfortable few nights' stay visiting Esperance, with a kitchenette, barbeque, and beautifully appointed bathroom. Rizzo is located in a quiet neighbourhood with just a 5 minute drive to Town central & 5 minute to the Great Ocean Drive with the best beaches. Because of the size & styling of the property, it is only suitable for one or two adults (couples) only.
