Come stay on the 1st floor of our beautiful 3-story house, complete with a separate entrance and private space including a bedroom, bathroom, living room, and kitchenette. You will also have access to our laundry room and backyard garden, and you can use our kitchen upon request. Please note that, while we try to be respectful about noise, sound travels easily in our place. We also have two children and a cat, so you are likely to hear us at times. People from all backgrounds are welcome!

Steps from beaches, Lands End, Sea Cliff, and the Presidio, this 400 sq. ft. studio sleeps four and features a dining area, kitchenette, mini fridge, and microwave. The private enclave looks out onto a large garden, including a 300 sq. ft. patio and eating area right outside and reserved for your exclusive use. Located in our family home in Presidio Heights, you have convenient access to the Presidio, its miles of hiking trails, activities, VC and tech offices. We are a quick walk or ride to anywhere else in the city. Explore Michelin-starred restaurants, coffee shops, the bustling Clement Street and NOPA neighborhoods, the Presidio Tunnel Tops — or relax on the patio and read a book. Note: there is no stove or oven.

Gather around the cozy brick fireplace for evening chats in the stately wood paneled great room. Built in 1914, the Edwardian era building maintains its classic architecture while modern renovations, including sleek cabinetry, quartz counters, a spacious glass enclosed shower and a calm colour palette of cool grays, bring the period space up to date. The spacious guest suite is over 1300 square feet in size. With windows on 4 sides of the building, light pours into the space.

We built this apartment with the thought that someday we would live in it ourselves. Thus, we chose to go "high end" with construction materials, fixtures, linens, and cookware. The apartment opens to our backyard garden, with a patio and bocce court. Two blocks from Golden Gate Park, we are in a safe neighborhood, and are close to main bus lines, museums, great restaurants, and beautiful hikes. I have consistently been a Superhost since I started hosting, 13 years ago.
