This place is just wow. The staff is amazing very friendly and polite. Tez who is the supporting staff manager is very helpful and responsive. The property is beautiful. The pool is amazing. The rooms are big in size and well designed. The in house food served was delicious. Dal makhani and mutton nihari is a must try. Highly recommended for those who just want to relax and spend a nice family, friends time in private.

We were a group of 9 and all had a wonderful stay at the property. All our needs were taken care of. The place was spotless, spacious, had a very nice pool with sunbeds, and very accessible to a bunch of nice spots in Vagator. The hosts were able to arrange scooter and car rentals, and taxis for us when we needed, so we really didn't have to worry about a thing during our stay. All in all, I would recommend this property as a great choice for slightly larger groups wanting to spend a few days in North Goa.

The location of this villas is very nice. Every place that you would want to visit is approachable both towards north goa and south goa. We had a lovely stay here.

I stayed at La Mosteiro Villa 09 with my kid and three of my colleagues who were traveling from the US. We are all really impressed with the villa and its management. The folks at Bluekite, Alisha and Deepasha, and our caretaker Damudhar were all very friendly, proactive, and helpful. The villa itself is gorgeous. The pool was clean and well-maintained, which my son took the full advantage of :) I’m definitely coming back.

We were a group of 8 people and we had a blast here. Sanika was friendly and very accommodating. One thing about the stay that I’d point out is the breakfast, we all devoured the breakfast every single day. Sanika gave great recommendations, helped us throughout the stay with every minute detail. It was an overall amazing stay♥️ Highly recommend it

It’s easily one of the most serene and picturesque properties in Goa a place where time seems to slow down. The home itself is beautifully designed, blending Goan charm with modern comfort. Every detail, from the cozy interiors to the open spaces and ambient lighting, contributes to a peaceful, grounding atmosphere. The outdoor area was a personal favorite perfect for morning coffee, yoga, or simply soaking in the tranquility. Our host - Jordan, was incredibly warm and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed. That said, we often found ourselves preferring to just stay in and enjoy the stillness.

The host of this house Ulhas has truly created a warm and welcoming atmosphere, where every guest feels valued and at home. Their kindness, attention to detail, and effortless hospitality make every moment spent here unforgettable. It's clear that they take great care in ensuring everyone feels comfortable and appreciated—truly a reflection of their generous spirit.Ulhas is a wonderful and humble person who went out of his way to take us to local stores and help us with all our essentials. His mother prepared delicious, home-cooked meals for us, making our stay even more special. We had an amazing time, and we're so grateful to Ulhas and his family.

Great place for a group of 8-10; good view from the balcony overlooking the river. Caretakers were super helpful, and definitely added to our overall experience.

It was a very comfortable villa and was short of nothing necessary. Caretaker was always a call away. Clean rooms and bathrooms. It is a recommendable stay!

A beautiful blend of antique charm, heritage and modern comforts. The private pool and garden are serene- perfect for unwinding! The caretaker couple were absolute gem :) It's a pet friendly property- my dog Tyson had a great time running around and lounging by the pool. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet getaway with a touch of old Goan charm!

*Pros:* 1. Vipin is a wonderful host. 2. Spacious house with 3 bedrooms and an additional queen bed. 3. Well-equipped big kitchen. 4. Convenient location: 4th-floor property with lift access. 5. Extra mattress provided. 6. Walkable distance to Candolim beach. 7. Nearby amenities: supermarket, Swiggy delivery, KFC, Domino's, and many restaurants. 8. Vipin offers helpful assistance with details. 9. We are total of 9 pax with kids & we loved the house. 10. The house has everything jst walk in with ur clothes. *Cons:* 1. AC in one room didn't work during the stay though the electrician has been sent immediately but still its not solved. 2. Curtains in bedrooms could be thicker and better. 3. Some pillows needs replacement.

Great place. It was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. The caretaker, Kailash, was also very polite and helpful. The only downside is that it’s in a gated society and the neighbours complain about the smallest of noise. There was a complaint about people talking laughing in the swimming pool even though it was during daytime, not that loud and there was no music or anything of the sort. The place itself, however, is great and well worth it. Maybe if you’re going with a smaller group (we were 9 people), you won’t have issues with noise complaints either.

The villa is really beautiful with easy access to the beach. The rooms are spacious and very well maintained. Swimming pool is ideal for a 8 people group. The gazebo near the pool was awesome. The cook/caretaker Sanu was really awesome. He cooked as per our instructions. He was always at our service and ready to help. We really had a great time enjoying the food and his service. The only issue is the approach road for this villa is narrow and ideal for small cars. But that is something that we have to live with , if you want to enjoy at this beautiful location. Overall a great place to spend time and relaxing with a small group of family/friends.

I had a wonderful stay in South Goa! The property was peaceful, very well maintained, and featured a beautiful pool that made our time there even more relaxing. What truly made the experience exceptional was the host (Bart). Incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help. They went above and beyond by recommending great local attractions, hidden gems, and excellent places to eat, which really enhanced our trip. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in Goa

I so loved my short stay at VILLA LOU GOA. It was exactly the hospitality and care I needed to get away... in a peaceful, quiet and private setting, with friendly hosts and staff who looked after me. As soon as I checked in ...till they saw me off. They were both proactive and generous with their time suggestions. Thank you, I will visit you again soon :))

Property was amazing. We had a really good time. Pool was the show stopper I should say. Kids had absolute fun, so did the ladies. Care taker Shashank was really responsive and helpful. Never missed our call and was there to help within 2 mins of call. Definitely will recommend. Maybe they should equipped kitchen with more things like a toaster, kettle , some glass and porcelain wear to reheat food in the oven. Thanks
