Pham Viet Chanhエリアにある素敵なホテルでした。 周囲には飲食店が多く、静かなエリアに位置しているため、落ち着いて滞在を楽しむことができます。観光客向けのホテルというよりも、長期滞在に適したホテルという印象を受けました。 また、ホテルの設備も快適で、部屋の清潔さやスタッフの対応がとても良かったです。周辺には日本食レストランやカフェも多く、日本人にも馴染みやすい環境が整っています。 静かで便利なロケーションと居心地の良い空間が魅力的で、ぜひまた訪れたいと思える場所でした。

This is my third Airbnb stay with Helen, and once again, everything was excellent. Each apartment has been clean, just as pictured, and easy to access. Helen communicates well and was quick to assist with questions—whether it was about luggage storage, using the aircon, or other small details that helped make my stay smooth and productive. The apartment is conveniently close to the main shopping centre, though there are fewer food and convenience options nearby compared to other areas with GS25 stores or street vendors. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and will definitely book with Helen again.

The room was clean, cozy and the wifi was strong. Perfect for both work and relaxing. 非常に素晴らしい施設です。ホーチミンに滞在するのであればここが最適でしょう。 滞在先のフロアからショッピングモールは専用のエレベーターで直結です。1階またはB3階に行くことができます。１階のエレベーター乗り場からはすぐにLê Thánh Tôn通りに出ることができます。Grabやタクシーもここから乗り降りすることができます。B3階のエレベーターはスーパーマーケットのすぐ近くです。 部屋については、なんといっても夜景が素敵すぎます。サイゴン川方面の夜景です。Saigon Skydeckよりも絶景が楽しめます。窓からもテラスからも最高の景色を楽しむことができます。 部屋の電気のつけ方や消し方がわからないこと、蟻がいたこと、水回りが詰まっていた事や施設の老朽化が所々ありますが、それを補うだけのプラスポイントが多いです。 ベットはキング１つとクイーン２つでしたが、1つのクイーンのマットレスは硬かった。 シャワーとトイレは2箇所あります。バスタブは1箇所です。 上層階なので暑いかなと思いましたが、エアコンの効きはよく、快適に滞在できました。 ホテルと違って朝食はありませんが、ホーチミンの街は朝が早いです。すぐ近くにホテルよりも素晴らしい朝食を提供するレストランが数多く見つかります。また、コンビニのサークルKも近くにあります。 はじめに戻りますが、他の高級ホテルやレジデンスも検討していましたが、立地、価格、サービスどれをとっても、ここに決めて本当に良かったと思います。 また、ホーチミンに滞在することがあればぜひ宿泊したい！

Mọi vật dụng trong nhà được chủ nhà chuẩn bị rất chỉn chu, chu đáo và có gu, mang lại cảm giác ấm cúng ,tiện nghi. Không gian yên tĩnh, sạch sẽ, thoáng và chủ nhà rất nhiệt tình.

We spent two weeks at Jay's apartment and it was very comfortable and in a good location. We had to do a little cleaning in the kitchen before using it, but otherwise the apartment was clean and had what we needed. The location was great because it was close to a major road and a mall, but set back enough to be quiet. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance.

This was by far one of the best stays I've had in Saigon. The space was absolutely beautiful and luxurious in every way. Located in district 3, I appreciated how central it was to most things, while also being tucked away from the street noise. The condo was spacious, clean, and furnished with lots of amenities. I appreciated having access to a washer/dryer, full kitchen and private balcony. The building and apartment was surrounded with overflowing plants, greenery and minimalist decor. I felt a deep sense of calm and relaxation every time I came home. The service/staff/security guards/receptionist were professional and kind. Very communicative and checking in frequently to make sure my needs were met. 10/10 <3

Overall perfect stay. 10/10 Exceptionally clean, modern, very friendly communication. Although its not right in district 1, its still central and only takes a few minutes to get there. The building is new and modern. Has convenience stores, cafes and restaurants outside of the building. Super helpful and kind hosts. Helped us send something to us that we have forgotten in the apartment. Has a nice pool with views to the river, as well as gym and sauna, but needs face verification to enter, so i guess its only for longterm guests. Would come back again anytime.

The apartment is in a modern condo with an amazing rooftop pool and gym. In the surroundings you can find several bars and restaurants. The city center is 10 min away by Grab. Perfect for a short stay!

The room is very cozy, equipped with tableware and essential kitchen utensils. The furniture is a bit old, but overall it matches the pictures. The community is very pleasant, quiet, and perfect for evening strolls. There is a convenience store right downstairs, and there are also a café and a larger supermarket nearby. If I could extend my stay, I would definitely do so.
