Take it easy and make yourself right at home in our woodsy cabin tucked away in the Cold Hollow Mountains. As you head down the drive, let your worries fade away - you’re now on cabin time. Relax in the clawfoot tub after a day of travel or prepare a home-cooked meal in the well equipped kitchen. When morning comes, enjoy your coffee while cozied up in front of the fireplace. Or simply stay in bed and admire the view. With plenty of land to explore, a hike is always welcome. The choice is yours!

Hilltop Guesthouse #1

Our guest house is a private detached studio apartment. Close to many local activities, including Kingdom Trails mountain biking, V.A.S.T. snowmobiling, Burke Mountain Resort and beautiful Lake Willoughby. The full kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, range with oven, toaster, coffee pot, silverware, glassware, and cookware. The bathroom has an upright shower, and full linens and towels are provided. We invite you to come stay with us and spend time seeing what Northern Vermont has to offer.

Immerse yourself in the quintessential Vermont experience at Storeybrook Farm. This rescue horse sanctuary is located amidst rolling hills, mountain vistas and a tranquil pond. "The Carriage House” is our largest suite with a fully equipped kitchen (stocked upon request), that opens up to a dining area with forest views. The living room features a woodburning fireplace and 2 built in queen bed "bunks". Enjoy sun-soaked pasture views from the main bedroom or while soaking in the clawfoot bathtub.

Our cottage is located on Lake Memphremagog, an international lake shared with Canada. Visit our nearby hobby farm/children’s museum. Kayak, bike or hike to stunning natural settings or take day trips to a variety of interesting destinations, including maple sugar shops, alpaca or dairy farms, golf courses, a ski resort with indoor waterpark; or cross the Canadian border a few miles away and explore Quebec. A boat dock is available for use at our cottage with an access ramp a 1/4 mile away.

The Log Cabins are located in Sutton VT, just 6 miles off exit 24 of 91. They are within 10 minutes to Burke Mountain resort and 30 minutes to Willoughby Lake and Crystal Lake. Included in the cabins are a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a living room, Dinning room, Bathroom, field and fire pit. With the town of Lyndonville just 6 miles away, you will find all your necessities such as groceries, gas, and firewood. Welcome to this beautifully crafted post & beam guest house in East Craftsbury. Lovely forest views, a running stream out back. Although 1 small dog is generally fine, please read further about the pet policy. Check in 3pm. Check out 11am and please park in designated spot. Outside you'll find a sweet fire pit with a woodshed filled to the brim and an outdoor shower and bike wash!
