It is 5 minutes to Westbahnhof railway station and close to Mariahilfer Straße, Austria's largest shopping street. From Westbahnhof the metro U3 takes you to St. Stephan's Cathedral and the historic center in only 7 minutes. Popular sights like Schönbrunn Castle, Ringstraße with its museums and historical buildings, Museumsquartier and Naschmarkt can be reached easily by walking or by public transportation. There is a supermarket around the corner and in Westbahnhof there is a large mall with many shops and restaurants. Apartments Description The apartment is modern and elegant and has room for 1 to 2 persons. It consists of an anteroom, living/sleeping room with integrated kitchen, bathroom and separated toilet. Living Room The living room features a bed (160×200), a dining table and two chairs, a 40 inch flat-screen TV (cable TV), radio clock with iPod docking station. Kitchen The kitchen is completely equipped with all appliances (fridge, microwave, cooktop, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, cooking utensils and crockery). Bathroom The bathroom features a bath tub, washbasin and toploader washing machine. The toilet is separated from the bathroom. Anteroom In the anteroom there is a spacious wardrobe. Extras Free Wifi internet, coffee and tea, bedding, towels, toiletries. Latest time for check-in is 8 pm.

Die Reinigung erfolgt täglich vormittags an Werktagen und ist im Preis inbegriffen.

My studio apartment fitted with modern kitchen & bathroom, located on the 1st floor (no elevator, 37 stairs) in a typical old Viennese building, in a green residential area & very near the Schönbrunn Palace, and short walking distance to the metro. The modern apartment has good WIFI, equipped kitchen, 24hr hot water, and central heating. Check-in time 15:00-20:00 (3-8pm), late check-in possible if I know and agree it in advance.
