'The Howff' is a refurbished farm worker's bothy in a rural location with lots of walks and access to beautiful parts of Perthshire. One hour's drive from Edinburgh, 20 mins Dundee or Perth. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, the property has recently been refurbished and is light, bright and welcoming.Accessed by two steps,internally the house is all on one level, with a deck leading out from the living room to the front, which faces west giving views of wonderful skies and sunsets.
