Cabin is partially OFF GRID in winter months (Nov -May) No running water/shower/indoor bathroom at this time. Water is provided with water dispenser/maintained outhouse. Wifi & electricity all yr round. Sauna & jacuzzi tub available yr round. Pet friendly /$80 pet fee Cabin heated by wood stove in the winter months and supplemented with a mini split heater. Firewood/kindling provided. Fall/winter 2025 there are residential homes being built on the street that may cause extra noise outside

Bunkie in the Country

Now CLOSED until spring The bunkie has a great view of the sunrise. It's a quiet rural area (please note it is a GRAVEL road). Good for couples, solo adventurers, hunters, someone looking to be outside of town. The bunkie is located approx. 30 feet behind our home. We have 1 large dog on site (lives in the house). For allergenic reasons and safety of other animals, we do not allow pets. May not be suitable for those with mobility issues (small hill & stairs). The bunkie has heat and A/C!

The yurt is located on our 200 acre biodynamic farm in beautiful West Grey. Guest are welcome to walk around the property and enjoy being in nature. A cozy insulated space available all year round. This accommodation is rustic with newly constructed washroom facilities near by. A Farm experience is also available. Snowshoeing or skiing trails are nearby or on the farm. Conveniently located to the historic sites, waterfalls, the Bruce trail, rail trails for hiking and snowmobiling. Short 20 minute drive to Owen Sound. Sauble Beach 40 minutes. Tobermory drive 1 hr 1/2. Markdale 20 minutes. Enjoy the sites surrounding or a peaceful night by the campfire with campfire wood provided.
