Kate’s place was exactly what I expected. Pristine condition and spotless. Kate accommodated my early arrival which was greatly appreciated. I would 100% book this place again. Nice house with updates. We used all four bedrooms, so everyone had their own space. Kitchen and living room looked nice, but a bit cozy if everyone was in the space at the same time. There was a large breakfast nook/counter in the kitchen instead of a table. More dishes, mugs, etc. in the kitchen would have been nice. The coffee maker and provided K-cups were great! Would definitely stay again if it's available when we are in the area again.

Amazing stay! This place has everything you need for both short and long visits. The location is extremely safe and convenient with shops within walking distance. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the entire property, especially the game room and TV room which were perfect for entertainment. Stayed here the night before my wedding with my siblings who stayed the night of the wedding. We hosted our getting ready portion here for the morning of the wedding and Olinka and Daniel were gracious enough to allow us to stay in their beautiful home. We recently moved backed to the Chicagoland area from Texas. We needed a place to stay while our Chicago home was being renovated. Lily’s place was perfect. It had everything we needed for the duration of our extended stay. It was well appointed. Exceptionally clean. It had all the amenities necessary for our family to live comfortably and it was close to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and downtown Chicago. Highly recommend.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The highlight was definitely the backyard — it’s beautifully maintained and perfect for relaxing. We especially enjoyed the bonfire area in the evenings, which made for such a cozy vibe. The theatre room was also a fantastic bonus — perfect for movie nights with great sound and seating. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and fun getaway!

2nd time staying at Sharleen’s place—wonderful experience! We like location, friendly and quiet neighborhood, walkable to restaurants. We would recommend to guests looking for a space in Roscoe. 🙂

The house was gorgeous and so comfortable for our large family gathering. It was very well equipped. The kids had a blast, the adults were able to relax. Different areas to hang out. Great kitchen space.

Place was just like the pictures in the listing. Nice quiet neighborhood and easily accessible. Something to be mindful of is there is only street parking. Didn’t pose any problems but seems everyone parks on the street so you may or may not be able to park directly in front of the property. Host was super responsive and very friendly. Allowed an early check in as we traveled and arrived a little earlier than anticipated. Clean linens and welcoming atmosphere.

The location alone makes this home worth booking. Add that there’s ample room for family/friends and it’s a gem in the middle of a great Chicago neighborhood. We were a group of six and loved every minute.

We had a great stay at Mark's place in Wrigleyville. Extended family gathered to celebrate a college graduation, and the location was excellent. Beautiful house in a safe neighborhood with easy walk-to access to the L and tons of nearby places for coffee, food, drink. Mark was an awesome host. Check in was smooth with great communication throughout our stay. Definitely on our return visit list.

Amazing place to stay. Jane had plenty of snacks in the house. Made cookies and snacks for us. Made us feel at home in a quiet neighborhood that was very walkable to great restaurants, coffee and donuts.

My stay with my family was wonderful very peaceful and quiet. Everything was great. I also forgot to pack bathroom supplies and I’m so grateful that the host had basic necessities overall wonderful. I had a wonderful Mother’s Day staying. There will definitely come back again.

This is the 2nd time this year we rented from Michael. He continued to impress with the responsiveness. This time we filled the whole house, all bedrooms and both floors, 12 in total, mix of kids and adults. We decorated for Christmas, made it feel like we were home for the holidays. We walked all around the neighborhood, got coffee in the morning, fresh bread from a fabulous bakery in Downtown Oak Park and always felt safe and enjoyed the friendly neighborhood. The home and bedrooms were warm when you wanted them warm during the day and cool at night to sleep in. Kitchens were well equipped and all the appliances worked perfectly. The tankless water heater was a blessing when we were all trying to get out for a family event. At one point we realized that we were out of trash bags on Christmas morning. Michael had them there in less than 30 minutes. Over the top responsiveness. Being 10 minutes from the Eisenhower makes this convenient to either Downtown or Oak Brook.

We couldn’t have asked for a better home for our Spring Break. We last minute booked this home, and checked in 45 later but you would have never known by how welcoming Vytauta made it. Beds were very comfortable, backyard was great, we felt right at home.

Nice spot - place was very clean, comfy beds, lots of seating areas that were also comfy. We got used the the sounds of the trains after the first night. Bumped into Rich one day while he was mowing the grass; he was very kind. The place is a little older, but that’s in the description. We couldn’t figure out how to get the stove to turn on so we heated food in the microwave and on the gas grill outside. Neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, and we liked having the fenced yard for our dog.

Cathy was a great host, very responsive! House was great, it accommodated our family size perfect. The only thing in my opinion that was missing was washer and dryer access in the home. We were traveling with toddlers and couldn’t wash a load of clothes. But aside from that everything else was great.

The place was lovely—clean, comfortable, and just as described. Tom was very communicative and easy to reach, which made everything smooth and stress-free. One thing to note: there were several air fresheners throughout the house, which created a strong scent. We're a bit more sensitive to smells, so it was something we definitely noticed and found a bit challenging. If you're sensitive to artificial fragrances, it's just something to keep in mind before booking. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

Quiet neighborhood, spacious and comfortable home. The yard is inviting and a great entertaining space! Very kind hosts.
