Only 15 min walk to Safeway Market and coffee shop. Tucked away from the busy city with free easy street parking. Near bus 52 to Forest Hill or Glen Park station. Bathroom and entry are private. Xfinity high speed Internet, eero 6+ mesh Wi-Fi router. Free Netflix movies. Uber and Uber Eat are also convenient here.
