If the water is not for you bring your bikes and take advantage of the low traffic roads with beautiful nature scenery. Shopping is only 11 miles away (20 mins). West Branch outlet mall, Walmart, Aldi’s and restaurants. Internet. No cable. Streaming apps accessible. Up to 3 Kayaks available upon booking.

You'll love the breathtaking sunset views in this newly remodeled bungalow with room to gather with friends and family.

Home is also located near ATV and snowmobile trails and hunting preserves. When the water returns home boast 280 feet of waterfront on a canal leading out into Wixom Lake.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful Michigan up north getaway. Located in the middle of the woods on Wixom Lake in Beaverton, MI. ***Water to come back in 2027. This house sleeps 12 people with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Open floor plan and room for everyone to gather in one location. Private road takes you to this secluded location in the woods. Come enjoy the beautiful Michigan fall colors from mid September to early November!
