Situated in a quiet location next to a park, on the banks of a river, this property is suited equally to a family or a group of 6 friends . It is located within an easy walk to the shops, beaches & many cafes & bars. Kaiti Hill & the cycle way are also within easy access for those keen to exercise. We live in a separate house on the same property but even though we share a driveway & front lawn both houses enjoy a high degree of privacy. *Please note there is unrestricted access to the river*

Cute inner city Cottage. Easy stroll to city centre, harbour, restaurants and cafes. Catch a movie and pizza at the superb Dome cinema. On Saturday mornings pick up fresh local produce, cheese, wine ,fruit , veges ,meat ,fish and bread at the local farmer's market. Drive or cycle to one of Gisborne's beautiful beaches.Walk across the river to the botanical gardens or down to Ballance Street village for a fabulous coffee or pizza and a rummage through Retro. Or hire bikes and hit the wineries.

Our humble cottage is original with retro furnishings. You have sole access to the cottage. There will be others on site with minimal disturbance. We have 2 queen beds and sofa couch PLEASE ASK FOR EXTRA LINEN IF NEEDED We also have neighbours cats who roam from house to house.
