The self contained Studio is located behind our Art Deco home, with your own parking bay. Located close to the " viaduct basin " of Gisborne - Restaurants, Kaiti Hill, Museum, Cycleway, Beaches and a short 10 minute walk to the river and Gisborne CBD. The Studio is private and centrally located - a great place to explore all our region has to offer, easily. The studio is perfect for couples, solo travellers and business travellers. Beachfront Bach Wainui Gisborne

Beach front bach on Wainui Beach. Fantastic views whatever the weather, stunning surf beach, the bach overlooks it all. Wow factor sun rises, keep the curtains open and have a treat! The cottage has a queen bed in an annex in the main area so you can wake up to the view, or watch the waves at night under the moon. There are bunks in the bedroom, a heat pump for toastie winters, this place is a rustic humble piece of kiwiana beachlife, a total rejuvination space and a surfers heaven.

Beach loft Makorori

The Loft provides exclusive beachfront accommodation with majestic sea views and easy access to town and country. We are located at Makorori Beach, just a 15 minute drive from the centre of Gisborne and just 5 minutes further over the hill to popular Wainui. The self contained, private apartment is fully equipped with a full range of cooking facilities and a private bathroom. Continental breakfast is included with farm eggs, homemade muesli, poached fruit, yogurt, bread and condiments

Magnolia Cottage

Enjoy the quiet area. Listen to all the native birds, swim in the pool, take a walk in our lovely area, or simply relax in the spacious cottage with a drink. Inside, go up the spiral stairs to the cozy mezzanine bedroom (please note that it's low up there). The unique stairs are from the old star observatory on Titirangi (the local maunga/mountain)! The sofa bed in the lounge can sleep 2. There is no kitchen, but there is a kitchenette with microwave, toaster and kettle.

Our spacious and comfortable retreat is located in central Gisborne, only a short stroll (200m) away from Ballance Street Village, where you will find great food, coffee and many other bare necessities (post, gift shop, florist, pharmacy, liquor store, etc). The Studio

Welcome to my secluded, peaceful hideaway. The studio is a large open plan space. Large sliding doors completely open up the front of the building onto the deck, giving you a feeling of always being close to nature. Surrounded by trees, orchard, lawn and garden, the studio is a quiet retreat space. The sound of the sea and bird song are always in the background. The best beach in NZ is a 15 minute walk away!

Seagull Cottage - a riverside bach near the beach.

Being right on the river, only a short stroll to the beach, and next to all the bike trails - it's the perfect holiday home to enjoy all your favorite activities from boogie boarding, biking and fishing to reading, napping and board games. This little bach brings it all together in the perfect location with a big garden and sunrise/sunset seat overlooking the river.

Windsor Cottage
