This is our family's second home, that we have spent over a decade customizing to our personal liking. Enjoy the 6-person hot tub, 6-person cedar sauna and gas fire pit. The home is a short walk to restaurants, including the Double Musky (voted #1 in AK), the town square and the Girdwood Brewery! The home has a BBQ, and a record player with lots of classic vinyl!

Located on the 3rd floor (walk up) in the Timberline Building, condo is very spacious and in walking distance to the Alyeska resort and several great restaurants and shops. Hiking, biking, or skiing are right outside the front door! The building is typically very quiet, making it great for families or travelers seeking a peaceful reprieve in the great little town of Girdwood. The space is ideal for 1-3 people but can accommodate 4. We hope you enjoy your Girdwood adventure as much as we do!

The Murphy bed sleeps two adults. The hideaway bed in the couch can be used if need be, but please confirm with us beforehand. We cherish time at our condo and hope you love it as well!

Easy access to hiking trails, the ski resort, many nearby restaurants, and the Girdwood Brewing Company. Pets allowed on approval. There is no Wi-Fi on the property, but there is cell coverage.
