Camp Manatee is a magical estate situated on approximately 3 acres with over 650 feet of direct Santa Fe River frontage with a stilt home elevated over the ground by 30+ feet. This gives you an incredible vantage point of the expansive property from the home and wrap-around porches. The home is approximately 1,500 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and sleeps (8) people comfortably. We offer complimentary kayaks for guests to use during their stay. Unique, rustic but stylish, large family home for up to 14. Dine outdoors-upstairs or downstairs, out on the deck overlooking the Sante Fe river, or just inside. Upstairs are three private bedrooms and one Queen bed out in the living room area, great space for kids to sleep there. Downstairs, are two Q beds in a private space with its own shower/bath, mini frig, washer and dryer. Two firepits: one gas under deck on concrete and one in yard.
