Cozy Casita in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. California King bed sleeps two comfortably. 50 inch TV has cable, Netflix, DVD player with assortment of movies. Keurig coffee pot, fridge and microwave. Dining table inside. Outdoor seating opens to peaceful, scenic backyard. Parking available in the driveway. Park to the left of 2 car garage. Our Casita is a modest room that we have done our best to make comfortable for travelers who want an alternative to an impersonal hotel. No pets allowed.

Space has a Queen Bed in the Bedroom and an optional Queen Air Mattress and pack and play provided. Wifi, TV and Roku included for streaming. Personal AC and heater.

Mile from Historic downtown Gilbert with food, bars and entertainment. Located two miles from Banner Gateway Hospital. We are just off the U.S. 60 and Val Vista road. Severe pet allergy! Please consider other locations if traveling with a pet.
