Nous sommes arrivés très tôt via un bus de nuit et malgré le fait que le Check in se faisait qu’à partir de 14h nous avons pu laisser nos affaires dès 11h dans notre chambre, et en attendant nous avons pu prendre le petit déjeuner. Les hôtesses parlent bien anglais, ce qui nous a facilité les échanges, notre chambre était propre et avait une salle de bain privative, possibilité de louer des vélos à la journée. Logement très bon rapport qualité prix, bien placé et calme. Le petit plus : une bouteille d’eau fraîche offerte par personne en partant

This property is clean, beautiful and as per description and photos... The location is perfect as Tam Coc boat station is at 5 min walking distance... Mua Caves, Thai Vi Temple and some other pagodas are nearby... You can see some along with boat ride... All good eateries including Indian restaurants are nearby... Don't forget to go to Trang An Ferry station (boat ride), Hoa Lu old town for lantern boat ride or Bai Dinh Pagoda... Bed, almirah, chairs, table, washroom and view from room were awesome.. The host was very helpful and has an adorable family.. He was kind enough to let guests use his kitchen for cooking food... It would be great if a TV could be provided along with a small kitchen in the room itself... Now, some information for travellers, exchange cash at Ha Trung street in Hanoi to get best rate and buy SIM with calling facility (for booking cabs, buses, contacting restaurants) from any Viettel company store to not get fleeced.. Use Grab (cab), Redbus and 12GoAsia (bus)..

we had a lovely stay here . there was 6 of us and we had the whole floor to ourselves . it was on the river front and everything was walkable .

Lived a whole month here in December. Beautiful villa that have everything you need for a comfortable life. There is a lot of space in the bedroom, and the huge living room with kitchen at the first floor. Host comes every day to clean the kitchen and garden. Hosts are very nice. They didn't speak English, but we was able to communicate successfully through Google translate. They even invited us to their family party! Supermarket Winmart is right the next building. In the morning you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables at local market nearby. There is only one cafe and one restaurant in this village. But there are several more restaurants in 10 minutes on bike/bicycle. We had free bicycles (but unfortunately not in the good condition, because the breaks didn't work) Would totally recommend this villa for a long stay, especially if you need calm and cozy space, far from tourists crouds and close to the local life.

Our stay was very nice, the place is beautiful and quiet. Our host speaks pretty good German and English and was extremely helpful. You can rent a scooter if you are interested. One thing that did not work out perfectly was finding the place because it has the wrong address on Airbnb. You are not supposed to go to Mua Hang Eco Garden, instead search for “Trang An Legend” and you will find it right away.

What a wonderful Homestay for our trip to Ninh Binh! The room we had was spacious and clean. The wifi was faster than what we thought it would be for Ninh Binh. When we did a speed test we got around 50mbps for the download and about 15mbps for upload. It’s within easy walking distance to minimarts, even a little pharmacy at the end of the street, and other restaurants. We also had food and drinks at the Homestay which are delicious. Portion sizes are pretty good too. It was easy to get around using the motorbikes we hired from the Homestay. The family here are very helpful, friendly, thoughtful and generous. They really did make our stay very enjoyable and relaxing. Trang An is such a beautiful part of Ninh Binh and we wish we could’ve stayed longer. We highly recommend Kong’s Homestay!
