Modern decor with beautiful natural light and beautiful summer breeze flows through the house very private yard quiet with plenty of natural shade and spectacular mountain views short walk to the famous Werri beach 350 metres 400metre to shops and cafes the popular town of Berry is only a short drive away The house itself is very modern consisting of 2bedrooms modern kitchen with all modern appliances seperate laundry modern bathroom toilet Kitchen dining combined reverse cycle air conditioning flat screen TV DVD player there are large assortment of DVDs to choose from Games for young and old at heart. Outside very private yard consisting of barbecue outdoor table with chairs hammock and even a surfboard to catch a wave or two So come to where the mountains meet the sea a pleasant one and a half hours from Sydney you won't be disappointed

Welcome to your lovely four bedroom, three bathroom home "By The River". Your home is located directly on the Shoalhaven River and a 300 metre walk along the sand to Seven Mile Beach. From the living room and terrace you have beautiful views of the river, beach and the Pacific Ocean. There is a rumpus room, lounge room, built in robes, balcony, and fire place so you can really relax. Great pub & Bowling Club in walking distance and a Cafe opposite to grab a coffee or some lunch.
