A small patio is located off living area where parking lot is clearly visible to see your vehicle. Laundry on-site short walk away.

The flat is fully updated with all comforts that you are accustomed too and more! It has a kitchen with all the amenities in a five star resort, laundry space with a new washer and dryer, and entertainment area with Roku (Hulu, NetFlix, and Apple TV). The unit includes the best Reverse Osmosis Systems drinking water filter system money can buy. We have a high end split A/C unit, so you will not be subjugated to someone else’s desired temperatures, or the expensive hotel's low end units.

For shopping, Midland Park Mall is 5 blocks away. Nearby Loop 250 makes easy access to work or play. Relax in the light, airy feel of a space with plenty of windows. The Tower bedroom makes you feel like you’re sleeping in a treehouse. Sit on the deck, and drink and a cup of coffee, while viewing the park.

This sits on an acre property with another 5 room unit. The people on the property are mostly workers from out of town who need a quick stop, a week to find an apartment, or month to month stays. The bed size is Queen. The door has a code lock to checkin at your convenience. Part of the road is unpaved and shown in a picture. Please take this fact into consideration before booking. I cannot pave the road as it does not belong to me.

La Casita

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Charming and quiet private backyard casita offers full size appliances and washer/dryer in the unit. Self care is spa-like in the extra large, clean bathroom. Sleep comes easy in the cozy king size bed. If you need extra bed space, the couch makes an additional full size bed. We can’t wait for you to experience this sweet little home away from home.

Cute and comfortable studio cottage! We have the perfect spot in the Tall City for quick vacations, family getaways, or long-term corporate travel. Great location right off the loop and just a short drive from downtown. High speed WiFi, workspace, stocked kitchenette, reverse osmosis drinking water, mini-split AC & heating, and a shared patio and backyard space.
