Beautiful, Central Emek Refaim Home

Welcome to this beautiful, quiet and bright apartment. It is newly refurbished and fully furnished. Amenities include air-condition, cable TV, Free wireless internet, fully equipped kitchen, Washing machine, coffee machine and a hair dryer. Located on the 1st floor, the apartment is secured and a key is needed to access the building. Children friendly apartment. On site parking. We live near by which makes us available for your requests whenever you need us. You are welcome to start a short virtual tour while planning your next vacation in the Holy City of Jerusalem: The apartment is located in the center of the German Colony a beautiful neighborhood. In proximity to Jerusalem's trendy shops, bars and (kosher) Restaurants (3 min). In walking distance to the Old-City (30 min), and the Jerusalem Theatre (15min). The bus to city center is across the street. The apartment views the promenade/park of the old Railway line. Despite its central location it is quiet and not facing the main street. On site resident restricted, free and safe parking. 1 block from Orthodox and Rephormic synagogue (3 min ) We are also happy to provide cleaning and meal reservations upon request (additional payment required). Kosher, Clean, Cozy 1 Bdrm Jlm

Take it easy in a tranquil, kosher, bright 2-room apt. located in the ❤️ of JLM’s German Colony. It’s also my part-time home. On a quiet street, the apt is 40 sq.m, divided on 2 floors. Steps to best coffee shops, nature, bus stops on Emek Refaim, the apt. has a private entrance & free parking on building premises. It’s fully equipped with A/C and all necessities for Shabbat including a water urn and hot plate. There is a queen size comfortable bed + two additional mattresses. Kosher guests only

Jerusalem Swimming Pool / Great View

A stand-alone studio minutes from Jerusalem in an extremely quiet village with beautiful landscape views to Ein Kerem & The Jerusalem Forest with a grocery store & a renowned cafe / restaurant. The unit has independent entry & amenities: WiFi, AC, Smart TV & cable, kitchenette. The pool is private and only used by my wife and myself & the 2 Airbnb guests. The pool is 4.5 x 13 meters and is saltwater. Quiet & ideal location to use as a base to visit Jerusalem & beyond. Adults only, please.

Welcome to your Kosher Baka Apartment, located on a quiet street close to the bustling streets of Emek Refaim and Derech Beit Lehem. Jerusalem at your fingertips. 3 minutes walk to Emek Refaim 3 minutes walk to Derech Beit Lehem 30 minute walk to Mamilla 10 minute walk from the First Station The apartment is on the 2nd floor (walk up) with a few stairs to the entrance of the building (there is no elevator). It has two balconies, which allow for both indoor and outdoor living.

Profitez d'un logement élégant et central. dans une rue pastorale du quartier mochava germanit. l appartement est neuf ainsi que le mobilier. belle cuisine et salle de bain Elegant et confortable, avec deux chambres à coucher, l 'une avec un lit ( king size) et deux autres lits individuels dans l? autre. Le balcon situé dans le salon, vue sur jardin , avec chaises et une table. l'appartement est très calme est ensoleillé en pleine campagne de Jérusalem et en plein cœur.

Amazing apartment in THE BEST location at the highly sought-after neighborhood Talbiya, in the city center. Come stay literally adjacent to the President 's House and a short stroll from cultural institutes, synagogues, restaurants and cafes. The cozy bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom and the nice living room will have you feel at home away from home. Perfect location - German Colony View of the park

Just renovated - high class design! A quiet and relaxing two room apartment viewing the wonderful park of 'Ganei Katamon'. 1 bedroom with a double bed, and an extra couch that opens into a double bed. Third floor with elevator. Only 2 minutes walk to Emek Refaim hangout-area, and 20 minutes to the Old City. Public transport close by, private parking. Fully equipped kitchen, amazing bathroom with large shower.
