This hidden gem is very conveniently located, close (walking distance) to our town centre with cafes, restaurants and bars overlooking our beautiful Bay. Our coastal walking track runs directly past this house, which invites safe and scenic walks or mountain biking. Aquatic centre and tennis courts are also just a stone throw away. Supermarket and Fast food options just a walk across the park.

We are close to conservation parks, local walking tracks including the Sharplins fall track , Staveley Ice skating rink and Mt Hutt ski field. Methven is just 15 minutes drive. Ideal for couples, trampers, adventurers, and families. Families with toddlers need to be aware that a small creek runs through the property.

St Elmo's Farm Cottage

St Elmo's Cottage is a three bedroom country house, situated under the foothills of the Southern Alps of New Zealand's South Island. It has been extensively renovated from its original 1950's state in 2018, and redecorated in 2023 - you will love the end result! We own the farm surrounding St Elmo's Cottage so look forward to seeing you around and sharing our little slice of paradise!
