A stream is in the fenced backyard. 50 trees provide privacy and shade. The 4 bedrooms are spacious and 21/2 baths ensure no waiting! 2 decks. Golf, Finger Lakes, wineries, & breweries are close.

Located at the end of a gravel road, the Guest House is perfect for couples, families, adventurers, business and equine travelers, and those visiting our many local wedding barn venues, breweries, wineries, lakes, golf courses, and other area attractions.

We are surrounded by farmland, a great base for family vacations. There is a grocery store, drug store, antique shops, and family restaurants 5 minutes in either direction from the house. Located 20 minutes from downtown Rochester, RIT, and the University of Rochester, and 1 hour from Niagara Falls, the LeRoy exit to the NY State Thruway is 10 minutes away. We are 30 minutes from Conesus Lake and the entrance to the other Finger Lakes.
