Villa Toprak, Fethiye Kayaköy mevkiinde yer alan 1,5 katlı ve özel havuzu tam korunaklı villamızdır. Bahçesinin etrafına çekilen limon selvi ağaçlar sayesinde havuzun içi tamamen korunaklı hale getirilmiştir ve dışarıdan görünmemektedir. Bahçemizin çim alanı üzerinde güneşlenme alanı bulunmaktadır. Evin hemen yan tarafında yine ev sahibine ait sebze bahçesi ve erik ağaçları mevcuttur. Misafirlerimiz buradan taze sebze ve meyve toplayabilmektedirler.
