You’ll treasure your time in this memorable place — a gorgeous, charming, beautifully appointed tiny home with butcher block counter tops, gas stove top, washer/dryer, air conditioning, full shower (quite spacious for a tiny home!), beautiful whimsical artwork (by artist Eli Halpin), and a lovely, uniquely designed artistic entry. It’s set on a property with a lush food forest, a fire pit, and a chicken coop from which we provide our guests with delicious farm fresh eggs.

Seven Springs Ranch Guest House

Seven Springs Ranch is a 57-acre property tucked away in the foothills by Black Canyon Reservoir. The ranch, located on the Payette River Scenic Byway, hosts an event center, a chapel, two homes, as well as the original homestead house, a “western town”. The property has a serenity that surpasses its location. The magnificent views, gentle breezes, and constant appearances of wildlife are reminders of God’s creation and constant blessings.

Riverside Train Depot - Sun room

The original train depot for the logging town of HorseshoeBend was moved to this incredible property right on the payette River. Built in 1908 this historic depot has two separate rooms available for rent on a nightly basis. Located next door to the iconic Riverside Restaurant means there is always good food nearby. Idahoans travel to this destination restaurant right on the river for the scenic view, country feel, and homey atmosphere.
