Отличный вариант. Вход в дом прямо из гаража. Заезд со стороны ул Калинина - на карте отмечено с ул. Гетапня, но там только пешком. Удобное расположение: до парка пара минут пешком, в непосредственной близости магазинчики и пара кафе, 10-15 минут пешком до центра Дилижана. В окна немного слышно реку, для меня это бонус. Дом большой, в нём чисто, на кухне всё есть. Мебель не самая новая, но всё чистое, всё что нужно есть. Очень вежливый, отзывчивый и предпредительный хозяин. В целом - отличные впечатления.

Отличный дом, очень просторный; есть вся нужная техника. Расположен в тихом месте, на отдалении от деревни. Удобно ходить в горы, дорога начинается прямо от ворот. Немного слабоват напор воды, но не критично.

The Lake House is located in a fantastic position overlooking Lake Sevan across the road. It is a decent sized accomodation. A mini market is a walk away or a few minutes by car. Great views and a very friendly and helpful host.

Syuzanna must be the most responsive and kind host I’ve encountered. She accepted our late night emergency booking immediately and we had an extremely comfortable stay in her beautiful, modern apartment in historic Dilijan. When members of our party became unwell she very generously offered help and allowed us to stay on until the evening to allow time to recover before getting an airport taxi. Highly recommended. Thank you Syuzanna for having us.

Our recent stay at Khachik’s was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by this colorful and vibrant winter palace in the silver world. ❄️ The huge yard was an absolute dream, especially for our dog who had the time of his life running around and exploring. we truly appreciated how welcoming the space was for our furry baby. The interior design was the cherry on top. Every room was thoughtfully decorated, creating a cozy yet stylish atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The layout was perfect, and we loved how functional and aesthetically pleasing everything was. Our host Khachik made our stay even better. He is incredibly responsive, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We can’t recommend this Airbnb enough and will definitely be returning in the future. Situated in the prime area of Dilijan, it's right next to the river and a lovely City Park featuring a rope park and bicycle rentals.
