We loved our stay! The home was clean, beautiful and in a great location. Quick easy checkin/checkout with great communication. Walking distance to the best view in Santa Barbara. We would definitely want to stay here again!

Fantastic location for easy beach access. House was quiet and private. Loved having the bikes available for the nearby Shoreline bike trail. Brent checked in often and was immediately helpful when there was a problem with one bike. Overall a great stay!

From the welcome mat message “Yay! You’re here!” to a smooth check in, Tracy and Randy’s place made a fabulous first impression. And that impression lasted throughout our entire stay. Their home was spotless and beautifully appointed. They thought of everything that you might need in the kitchen from a Keurig (with complementary pods!) to pots and silverware and glasses and servingware. There was also a wine fridge and toaster. TVs in every room where we streamed all our favorites. The beds were so comfortable! Bathrooms were beautiful with plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The location was perfect - close to the beach and the pier and lots of fabulous restaurants. While close to everything, it still felt like an oasis with a breathtaking rooftop view! Tracy (whose breathtaking photography is on display throughout the home) and Randy were very responsive and had great recommendations! Easy access to SLO. Highly recommend and plan to stay there again soon!!

Nice condo was like home away from home. Cute 1 bedroom comfortable bed. The coffee provided is great . Host very responsive. We enjoyed our stay and will be back soon. Convenient little store across street and beach literally at end of block.

You couldn’t ask for a better location-within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and best of all, the beach! The accommodations were cozy, comfortable, and clean. Loved the peaceful backyard for enjoying our morning coffee and conversation. Would definitely love to stay here again in the future.

This rental was absolutely perfect for our family of four! The location is centrally located and an easy walk to East Beach, the Santa Barbara Zoo and even a nice jaunt down to Stearn's Wharf. We loved the jacuzzi and the private courtyard patio. The unit was clean and had all the listed amenities. Highly recommend!

Great location and comfortable unit.

The place was great! The photos and description of the place were accurate. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t too great during our stay so we were unable to utilize the rooftop the way we would have liked to but the hot tub was very nice and there were pretty distant ocean views when the weather cleared up. The spacious open living space inside is what saved us being able to cook and socialize comfortably. I appreciated the sliding open doors to the outdoor BBQ/table area making the space feel even bigger. The immediate surroundings are not very scenic but the place is very close to everything and it’s in a quiet area. They have a surround sound Sonos system to connect to which we had some difficulty with so I recommend bringing your own speaker just in case. I appreciated the supply of beach towels & chairs, the ease of check in and communication with the host and the supply of qtips, cotton pads and black makeup towel for us ladies. Would def recommend especially with great weather!

A casual beach cottage in a great location to access Montecito and surrounding communities. Convenient sleeping arrangements with a full size bed in the living room to allow for two separate comfortable sleeping areas.
