The living room used to be the ball room and the ceiling is one of a kind. Private entry, wifi included, off street parking, and access to nearly two acres of beautiful gardens.

Our place is clean, bright and spacious. It is a truly warm and inviting space for 1 - 4 guests. We are located in the heart of the Park Avenue neighborhood, where restaurants, cafés and shops are just steps away. It is a super comfortable place with a strong home away from home vibe. The house features two floors of living space, a full kitchen, garage, washer and dryer, and views of the countryside. Our farm backs up to endless woods with walking trails and borders a creek.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Peaceful location that is close to Rochester and Canandaigua as well as Bristol Mountain for skiing or viewing foliage. Tranquility at your fingertips. The pool is generally open from Memorial weekend until Labor day weekend. The last day the pool will be heated for 2025 is September 27th.
