BEAUTIFUL STONE HOUSE GATA

Gata is a small town nestled below the mountain Mosor. It is located a few kilometers north of the Adriatic Sea and the town of Omis (6 km ) and 25 kilometers east of Split .Gata located not far from the river Cetina. Beautiful little house in a very quiet and peaceful place.The house built in traditional dalmatian architectural style, in the countryside, in a quiet place. Studio flat has the capacity of 2+1. Accommodation unit size is 23 m2 + 47 m2 (terrace). This accommodation unit welcomes pets at an additional charge.On terace you can make a barbecue. For this accommodation unit the final cleaning fee is included in the total price. Your vehicle will have a guaranteed parking space. The following service facilities are reachable by a walk: supermarket,restaurant,caffe bar.Apartment have a free parking.Near the house is bus station (100 m )to Omiš and Split.

Last minute! TOP apartment with pool & jacuzzi!

Brand new, fully equipped apartment with three cozy bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. Fully covered with AC units with fully equipped kitchen next to the dining area for up to 8 persons. Pool area offer a lot of space for your enjoyment, does not matter if you want to enjoy the sun or you need shady area just to chill next to the pool or jacuzzi. Newest addition- kid's playground area next to the pool and from this season pool is heated (15. 04. - 01. 11. depending on the current weather)

Our stone holiday home is located in a quiet village of Gata, a 10-minute drive from the town of Omiš and the closest beach. The house features a large lawn with a swimming pool and a children's playground. The ground floor consists of a living room and a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining room. 5 bedrooms are located on the first floor while the two bathrooms are situated on the mezzanine floor. The location allows you to escape the hustle and bustle of the city of Split, some 25 km away.

Our brand new luxury villa Joy is located on a wonderful location with beautiful sights and maximum privacy and yet still very close to the all local points of interest. The villa is newly built for maximum comfort and luxury with 4 ensuite bedrooms and all other amenities you can need.
