We are proud to be the only house in the entertainment district and in eyesight of all the exciting businesses next door. Come play cornhole in the back yard, test your skill on our Olhausen 22’ regulation size shuffleboard, go sightseeing around the Baker District on our selection of bikes 🚴 and enjoy some honey 🐝 from our White River farm. This "A-Frame" sits on the bank of the famous White River in Gassville, AR. There is approximately 500 sq. feet downstairs that includes a full kitchen, bathroom with a shower, and a washer and dryer. There is a living room and a sleeper sofa for an additional bed downstairs. There is 280 sq. feet upstairs that includes a queen bed and two twin beds. Both levels have a 32" screen TV with streaming. There is also a nice outdoor living space with a covered porch and a large deck.
