This is an exceptional space in our home on the farm. It overlooks the pastures with horses and has a private concrete porch that is partially covered. A perfect romantic farm getaway for two. We have high speed internet with Starlink on the Residential Max plan. The laundry closet has an Samsung stackable washer and dryer in the space. The space is not recommended for children, pets or people with a disability due to our animals and unleveled ground.

As my husband (Fred) and I were living in Lexington, and still working. We took every opportunity to come down to our lake house. Now that we have moved into a house on the property we thought other people might enjoy the peace and quiet, the swimming and fishing. We have a dock that we let our renters use.
