Historic Firehouse, 2 Bedroom Condo in Downtown TC

Firehouse 1 is named after its historic origins as it was the first Fire Station to operate in the city. Stay in a piece of history! Firehouse One embraces the original architecture of the building with large windows, high ceilings, and exposed brick while introducing modern furnishings for a comfortable atmosphere. This space has been carefully converted into a spacious vacation rental for guests to stay in the center of downtown. This unit has 2 bedrooms ,1 bathroom, and a full kitchen.

Luxurious Firehouse Apartment in Downtown TC

Step away from cookie-cutter condos and into an extraordinary living space. The Firehouse One Building was the first Fire Station in the city, constructed back in 1891 and thoughtfully renovated in 2022. With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, this is the largest of 6 beautiful vacation rentals in the building. With 12 foot tall ceilings accented with hand hammered tin and floor to ceiling brick walls throughout, this incredible loft can comfortably accommodate 8 overnight guests.

Beaches, Wineries, and Hot Tubs!

At the base of the Old Mission Peninsula, less than 2 miles to downtown and a half mile walk to East Bay beach, this two bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with a sofa pull out has everything you need to enjoy a glorious vacation or your business trip to Traverse City. This unit has plenty of hanging space and storage for your belongings. A fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer allows you the flexibility to enjoy your time when it is convenient to you.

The Loft at Mundos

We are thrilled to have you stay with us! The Loft at Mundos is located on Garfield Ave above the coffee shop, Mundos HQ. Our rental is a five minute drive to Bryant Park Beach and a five minute drive to the Cherry Capital Airport. A fantastic location and just a short drive to all the fun and festivities that Traverse City has to offer. Your stay includes a complimentary bag of coffee from Mundos.
