Everything you need for a pleasant stay is already furnished to you in this apartment. Please note that the return air for the heater in the Master Bedroom can be noisy. The apartment has a designated parking area, a private covered outside entrance, and it's own patio with table and chairs where you can relax and enjoy small town America and the surrounding views.

Located in Tropic, Utah 3 blocks off of hwy 12 and 8 miles from Bryce Canyon, Utah is Kate's Place. The population is around 600 and is a beautiful area complete with horses, moo cows, sheep and beautiful green fields and golden mountains ready for exploring. I live on the premises (not with you) which is convenient for you if you need anything. Access to two bedrooms, sitting room (with TV- W-fi) and bathroom, NO FULL KITCHEN BUT SNACK AREA WITH SNACKS, COFFEE, TEA, WATER.

Our largest room at Mountain Ridge Lodging featuring a full kitchen, dining room, living room, One King bed, one Queen bed, and one couch pullout bed. The room is equipped with a 32 inch HDTV in the living room and 50 inch HDTV in the secondary room with satellite TV. The kitchen includes coffee maker, oven/stove, microwave, refrigerator, and essential cooking and dining ware.

Our apartment in Tropic, Utah is located behind our home at the base of Bryce Canyon. There is a private entrance, one bedroom with a queen bed, a den/kitchenette, and will accommodate 2–4 guests with a queen bed and two sofa beds. Amenities include internet, TV, coffee, a microwave/air fryer, and mini fridge.
