The cabin features a relaxing hot tub and an outside fire ring. There's plenty to explore nearby, with the Thousand Steps just a short 15-minute drive away. Raystown Lake, East Broad Top Railroad, and Juniata River for fishing and canoeing are all within a convenient 25-minute drive. This cabin offers the perfect base for your Pennsylvania escape.

Escape to this cozy 700 sq ft rustic cabin on 26 private wooded acres in Pennsylvania's Laurel Highlands—your peaceful nature retreat! Arrive via a serene 1/4-mile private gravel road. Unwind on the porch swing or hammock watching wildlife. Important: Driveway is dirt/gravel with small hill—drive slowly. Winter (Dec–Mar): AWD or 4x4 required. No TV/WiFi for true relaxation. Walking distance to Ghost Town Trail, Memorial Park, Ebensburg town square, community swimming pool, Legends Gym, Nathan's Divide Water Shed and Lake Rowena Park. We have extensively remodeled this special home and brought it forward from the 1960s while maintaining its character, including the original wrought iron railing and open vaulted living room. We've also incorporated some elements of Altoona's history into the home.
