Beach Apartment in Stara Novalja

Residence Jakov offer quality accommodation; you do not have to get out of the yard to access to beach and it is really great accomodation and an exclusive position in Stara Novalja. This appartment is best option for family who like to spend their time outside because it has big beautiful private yard with grill, sink, deck chairs and furniture for dining with chairs and bench. The beach is literally few stairs from the yard. Every guest said it is really priceless and we agree (see photos)! :)

With amazing view

Summary :This brand new house is situated in quiet part of island Vir. Our property have everything you need to spend a perfect holiday. The beach is only 40 m away from your apartment and it is surrounded with by pine trees. In our garden there is a barbecue for our guests . We have a free wifi and parking place for all our guests. Our modern equipped apartments offer you everything you need for a pleasant stay.Baby cot available on request

The View ist ein zwei Familienhaus mit dem Strand vor der Haustüre, einem horizonfreien Weitblick und den schönsten Sonneuntergängen auf der Dachterasse mit einem 180 grad Panorama. Sehr modern eingerichtet mit viel Luxus wie Boxspringbetten, vollwertiger Küche, zwei Bädern, Klima in allen Zimmern und vielem mehr. Erstvermietung Sommer 2022. Urlaub von dem mam träumt.

Holiday home with sea view

This house is located in island Vir and distance 100m from the beach. The house consist of two 2-bedrooms apartment , one on the ground floor and another on the first floor. Both of them consist of 2 bedrooms,kitchen,bathroom and terrace, and on the ground floor is more one toilet. BBQ is also available. Restaurant,shop and coffee bar are about 500m from the house.

Uživajte sa svojom obitelji ili prijateljima u ovom s ljubavlju uređenom apartmanu. Opustite se uz roštilj u prekrasnom zelenom dvorištu s velikom terasom. Restorani i centar udaljeni su svega 5 minuta vožnje autom, a od plaže smo udaljeni 5 minuta laganog hoda.
