First of all this is Ghana, not Europe or USA, so let’s give credit where it’s due. This place was designed to mirror the type of accommodation found in Europe or USA. Everything from the living room, through the kitchen to the bathroom and the bedrooms were carefully selected to match standards found in Europe or the United States. The complimentary free WiFi actually works, the AC, hot water and other appliances are in efficient conditions. But my biggest takeaway is the host. Eric and his wife live on the property, and these are the most affable humans you could ever meet. Their humility, friendliness and kindness is so apparent. You can’t fake those. You either have it or you don’t. And boy, they got it. Myself and my wife loved our stay here, we pray it’s available on the dates we plan to visit Ghana in the future. Because we will definitely prioritize staying here. Thanks for everything Eric.

Stayed at Kofi’s place for 5 weeks.4 weeks in Suite 201. A week in Suite 301.The location is perfect. About a kilometre off the N4 motorway which accesses areas like East Legon and Aburi where I had a lot dealings so perfectly situated for me. The compound is very pretty, gorgeous palm trees, well kept gardens, 24hour security including guard dogs.The Great Dane, Bold became a sweet distraction after nights out. I love dogs so befriended him.Won’t suggest everyone else does. Theres plenty of parking in the secure compound. The apartments are gorgeous inside. Stylish, trendy and well facilitated with everything needed to make the place a home away from home. Beds are comfortable, with crisp white sheets, towels provided. Apartments seviced on arrangement to suit guest.The staff, Cindy Selassi, Dickson, Micheal, Angelina. Lovely humans. Couldnt do enough. Only complaint pubs nearby that play loud music and remotes with dead batteries :) Thank you for a great stay Kofi. Will be back.

This space is simply your home away from home .. i double recommend it for anyone flying into Ghana 🇬🇭 and wants a serene and very calm space to live in .. aunty jennifer’s home is immaculate ,aside the space she is also very hospitable and would treat you with respect ,, its been a tremendous stay and would always be back when am back home 🇬🇭

We had a truly wonderful stay at Sebastian apartment in Accra. Our second visit from England, and the place exceeded all our expectations. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and very well-equipped—everything we needed was right there, from quality kitchenware to cozy furnishings that made us feel right at home. We especially enjoyed the fantastic range of activities available on the property—pool table, gym, table tennis, darts, and a beautiful swimming pool that we all made the most of. It was the perfect balance of relaxation and fun for all ages. A special mention must go to Francis, the caretaker. He was absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and incredibly responsive. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him, and he made sure we were always comfortable. Communication with the host, Sebastian, was also excellent. Even though he’s based in Germany, he was always just a message away and responded quickly and helpfully throughout our stay. Will definitely be back again *****

Mr Richard and the caretaker (Ms. Sylvia) made my family and I feel very comfortable and at home. When we first got to the property , there was a little mix up regarding the property we booked and immediately Mr. Richard rectified the issue and made sure that we weee comfortable. Sylvia walked us through the house and made sure we knew where everything was. They were a phone call away and anytime we reached regarding anything they quickly worked and acted on it swiftly. The security guy ( Isaac) at the gate was awesome and always has a smile on his face. You will not regret booking this property . We had an amazing time and will definitely rebook this again . Thank you for ensuring that our stay was peaceful.
