Das Grundstück und Haupthaus wurden in den 1990er Jahren von verschiedenen Architekturzeitungen ausgezeichnet. Der neugebaute Meerblick-Bungalow "Fuego" ist, hell und rustikal gemütlich eingerichtet. Von Schlafzimmer und Bad hat man einen einmaligen Blick auf den Atlantik. Direkt vor dem Eingang liegt der große Swimmingpool des Haupthauses.
