Ideal for families and mountain bikers, the home features a bike storage shed and ample parking for RVs and trailers. Inside, you'll find modern comforts with a fully-equipped kitchen and plush bedding. Though the owner's home is nearby, the property offers complete privacy for a peaceful getaway.

Bookcliff Ranch Casita

The Bookcliff Ranch Casita is on a secluded, "end of the road" 110 acre ranch a short 5 mile drive from the quaint, friendly, always active town of Fruita - a mountain biker's paradise with 100s of miles of biking & hiking trails. The Casita is close to the North Fruita Desert Trail Head's biking, hiking, horse, & OHV trails. The casita includes access to our pool. We are pet friendly with a one time $40 pet fee per stay. Trailer parking and options for horse boarding are also available.
