If you’re thinking of getting this place, this is your sign to do it. I am staying a lot of Airbnb’s, and this was by far one of the best. It’s a great bang for your buck too. The fact that it’s in a jail is awesome and for being in a jail, it was actually very very welcoming and clean, plus the coolest aesthetic by keeping all the traditional jail parts. The best part though was definitely the coffee shop downstairs! I definitely recommend taking a visit while you’re there.

This is the 2nd time we stayed at Baran's. We had a very comfortable stay. Everything was as described and the host was very responsive with all communications. Thanks Baran!

The perfect little hideaway in the heart of Kingston. So beautiful and cozy and a short walk to downtown. It was nothing short of perfect. Suzanne is the perfect host and always responsive within minutes. I would highly recommend Suzanne’s place for a night, a week or a month.

Kristine is a nice host and the place looks exactly as in the photos. The bed is very comfortable and it is best to accommodate a couple. The sofa bed however is not recommend to use for sleeping as its rather small. Besides I found that there were some bed sheets which were not totally dry left in the dryer and probably due to the cleaner not fully aware of. Access to the house is super easy though. All in all, a super host and Cozy place that I would recommend.

the stay was great! I was in town for work and it was just a 7min drive from site! The space was very comfortable and welcoming. She seemed really sweet and responsive if needed! Added mention was that it smelt really nice as soon as you walk in the door!

The apartment is beautiful overlooking the river. The back deck is peaceful and relaxing surrounded by beauty foliage and the sound of the river and waterfalls. Not to mention located in downtown with all the restaurants and bars in easy walking distance. I will be back for sure.

Just love this place - so cool! It is our second time here and we would stay again. Great sushi place a couple of steps away. Loved the clock tower!

We spent the long weekend at Ribhu place and it was shown exactly like the pictures. Everything was great, even when the cleaners left one toilet roll out, Ribhu responded almost immediately and gave us instructions on where we can find more. The kitchen has all the essentials you need to make yourself a meal. We will definitely come back in the summer.

Our family gathered in Watertown to have Thanksgiving with our son who lives there and is stationed at Ft. Drum. We wanted a nice place on the water where the adults could stay and the family could gather for Thanksgiving dinner. Jane's place was nice and cozy for the adults who stayed and enjoyed by all who came for dinner. Jane was responsive to any communications and helpful when we thought our stay may have to be extended due to the threat of 60+ inches of lake effect snow. We were able to check out on time and would love to return when we could truly enjoy the yard, water access, kayaks etc.

very nice clean place, located well right next to Sandbanks Provincial Park entrance. Next to a farm, so we could see cows on the other side of the fence. Our kids enjoyed the video games!

Absolutely loved our stay at Denise’s place! A very chic and modern waterfront property in a great location with lots of privacy—an ideal spot to relax and unwind for our girls weekend. Very close to PEC which was a huge plus for us. Denise was so friendly and responsive all weekend long! The place had everything we needed, including bed linens, towels, and toiletries. The kitchen was stocked with cooking essentials and the dining and living area were so bright and clean with a gorgeous view of the water. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit, and even though a fire ban was in effect, we saw lots of firewood on the property. Bedrooms were clean and spacious. We really loved our stay and cannot wait to return!

We had an issue when we arrived, Scott was incredibly reactive, he arrived in a few minutes and was super efficient. Good recommendations and help for the fire permit. The place is quiet and very well equipped. The view os amazing, manu different birds.

Our stay at Pettit House exceeded our expectations even after seeing the photos and reading the outstanding reviews! Such a gorgeous property with amazing views. The chefs kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, dining and sitting area were immaculate and luxurious yet make you feel right at home. Thank you Arthur and Lisa for sharing your gorgeous home and Cathie for being available for any questions and giving us such great instructions. We will definitely be back!

Great location and a cozy place to set up home base while exploring the Wellington area. The balcony was awesome for morning coffee while taking in the lake view. We’ll be back!

We had an amazing stay at Alison’s place! It was super clean, cozy, and in a great location. The host was incredibly responsive and made everything so easy for us, even allowing a late checkout, which we really appreciated. Definitely a great place to stay. would love to come back!
