Sun all day balcony, Modern 1-bedroom

This apartment is perfectly placed in between two lovely parks: Torshovdalen + Torshovparken. It is a beautiful building from 1920 and the apartment has been renovated recently. The subway is a 5 min walk and the bus to the center is on the doorstep. Grünerløkka is a short 15 min walk away. There are four sand volleyball courts 500m away. Latest check in time is 22:30 500NOK fee if it is later. Cleaning costs in Oslo are 1200NOK for two hours. I have put 500NOK so we share the cost.

And one more bathroom down stairs . A nice and small garden. It is located In between Lysaker and Skøyen train station. Three minutes walk to the tram that will take you to the city center in 15 minutes. 5 min walk to the bus station taking you to Aker Brygge.

We love our place, with it's modern, yet cosy atmosphere. The balchony. The view of the park from the bed, on those sunny mornings. We love living in what seems to be a closed oasis, yet being in walking distansce to so many wonderful places in the center of Oslo.
