Dit huis is in 2015 volledig verbouwd en gerenoveerd en biedt veel luxe en comfort en is heerlijk vertoeven zowel in de zomer als winter periode. * Veiliger is altijd eerst een bericht te sturen voor boeking. Our luxurious dune villa 'Sela' is overlooking the Engelsman dune, one of the highest dunes of Ameland Island. When dining in the evening, the light of the lighthouse will ensure a stunning island feeling. A fresh dive in the morning is available at the very rustic beach at the other side of the dunes (about 15 minutes walk). Our house has 5 bedrooms, a great living room with a (gas) fireplace, a cosy kitchen with kitchen island, a beautiful dining room and a ‘spa’ with sauna and tanning bed.

Unser Ferienhaus liegt direkt am Wasser und bietet Ihnen die Möglichkeit, Ihr Boot an einem 16 m langem, privaten Steg anzulegen. Durch die Südlage des Grundstücks liegt der Garten den ganzen Tag in der Sonne. Die neue, moderne Küche beinhaltet einen Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Gas-Herd, Backofen sowie Mikrowelle. Liebe Gäste, leider wurde ich für 2026 gezwungen, die Preise um 12% zu erhöhen, da die Regierung die USt. von 9% auf 21 % erhöht hat. Ich hoffe, Ihr kommt trotzdem ALLE wieder.

Villa Maison Mer can accommodate up to 6 guests. The house is located directly by the water, has a jetty and invites you to relax in the sun on the large terrace. From here you have a unique view of the IJsselmeer. Whether you like to go fishing directly from your own jetty, kiting, windsurfing on the IJsselmeer or boating. Everyone will be happy in this family-friendly park. In the colder seasons you can relax in the in-house sauna or sit comfortably in front of the fireplace.
