Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich – in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen Unterkunft. Sehr gute Stadtlage im grünen Bezirk, mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten auf der Südautobahn, Knoten Vösendorf. Mit dem Autobus 58B kommt man in 14 Minuten direkt zum Schloss Schönbrunn, Eingang Hietzinger Tor, Palmenhaus, Rosengarten und Tiergarten Schönbrunn und U4 Hitzig. Von der Schnellbahnstation Atzgersdorf mit der S-Bahn zum Belvedere/Quartier Belvedere und zum Hauptbahnhof- weiter mit U1 zum Stephansplatz.

Sissis Gartenhaus bietet auf 120 m2 Wohnfläche Erholung pur. Das charmante, lichtdurchflutete Haus wurde renoviert und komplett neu eingerichtet. Es liegt in absoluter Grünruhelage im noblen Randbezirk Hietzing, wo sich auch das Schloss Schönbrunn und Sissis Hermesvilla befinden. Ein Parkplatz mit Carport stehen ebenso zur Verfügung, wie eine 40 m2 große Sonnenterrasse. 3 Schlafzimmer und 1 Wohnzimmer bieten bis zu 8 Gästen Platz. Die Busstation zur U4 (U-Bahn) ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt.

Hagenauer House

Relax in our quiet home in the middle of the green part of Vienna. The newly renovated studio is in an absolutely quiet location in Hietzing. With around 48m2 it offers a cozy home for four people. The apartment is equipped with all amenities: fully equipped kitchen including coffee machine, kettle and cooking utensils, modern bathroom with waterfall shower, comfortable bed and sofa. The entire furniture is brand new and lovingly selected by us.

Bäcker und Apotheke und Mc Donalds 5 min zu Fuß. U-Bahn 5 Minuten zu Fuß! Solltest du einen längeren Aufenthalt ab einer Woche planen, nimm bitte Kontakt auf, um die Konditionen zu besprechen! - Danke.

Guest in "The Schlössl", Parking, near Subway

Become a guest in our family house built in 1684. The building is over 300 years old, the flat has been adapted to the latest standards, air conditioning included. The underground is 8 minutes walk away, the nearest tram 1 minute walk. The flat has its own entrance directly from the private courtyard. A private parking space directly at the accommodation is possible. There is almost always a member of our family on site.
