The Burrows, coastal luxury with incredible views

Welcome to The Burrows, a 1860's stone cottage we have sensitively reimagined & restored, opening it up to take in the ever changing view over Freycinet peninsula. A large living space is the heart of the home with a wood fire at one end, feather sofa, armchairs and a custom made window seat overlooking Great Oyster Bay. Both bedrooms have amazing views over the water & our intimate bath house with clawfoot bath & french doors is the perfect place to watch the sunset reflected over the Hazards

The Cabin

Beloved cabin on the edge of the National Park. The Park starts where the deck ends. 100m to the beach on a direct bush track. You can hear the waves from bed, and with no buildings or streetlights between you and the park, the sky is a wonder at night. Perfect base for exploring or staying in. Uninterrupted views of the mountains, cosy living area with warm lighting and an efficient wood fire, simple kitchen, sunny bedroom, and a deck with a clear view of the mountains you've just climbed.

Rosella Cottage

Rosella Cottage, circa 1900 to 1920, is a lovely 2 bedroom cottage with loads of shack atmosphere, comfortable and set on a spacious block of land. Located in Swanwick, is a 10 minute drive to Coles Bay and the National Park, 500 meters from Swan River Jetty and boat ramp and minutes from Sand Piper Beach where glorious sunrises and sunsets can be viewed. This small off grid studio is situated on a 100 acre property located on Freycinet Peninsula, close to Friendly Beaches, Moulting Lagoon & Freycinet National Park. The space is clean, cosy & comfortable with double bed, kitchenette & bathroom. Perfect for one or a couple. Unwind from the days adventure with the gentle sounds of nature, local bird life & ocean swell.. Watch the eagles return home as the sun sets and the stars come out.

The Granny Flat, Bicheno

The Granny Flat is perfect for a one-night stay in Bicheno; simple, clean and affordable (with ocean views). Kick back and relax on the deck with a morning cuppa, or enjoy a sundowner at the end of your day. There are NO cooking facilities, only a microwave, kettle and bar fridge. Dog lovers will be pleased to be greeted by Lulu, our friendly sheepdog. The Granny Flat is at the bottom of our block- you will likely see/ hear our kids in the house. Pine Haven - Coles Bay Classic Family Shack

Welcome to our cozy retreat in Coles Bay, a short walk to the beach and a 5 minute drive to Wineglass Bay walking track carpark ( Freycinet National Park). Our three-bedroom shack, adjacent to our main residence, offers a classic experience with all the necessary comforts. The main bedroom features a queen bed, the second bedroom has two singles, and the third bedroom offers a single bed. Additional sleeping options include a double futon in the sunroom and a single bed in the living area.

Wineglass Beach House - a retreat in the treetops

A secluded retreat surrounded by the Freycinet National Park. At the gateway to the Wineglass Bay walks, the beachhouse at the Fisheries is directly under the Hazards mountains. Surrounded by biodiversity and rare species, and a short walk to the private Parsons Cove beach. Native wallabies and echidnas roam the garden. Relax with a book on one of the two decks in the treetops or watch the birds. Perfect for couples or families. Children love exploring the garden and surrounds.

Beachfront Studio on Great Oyster Bay

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Listen to the ocean and the birds and enjoy glimpses of the magnificent sunrise and sunset across the bay to Freycinet and Schouten Island. We live next door in a new house, but the Studio has been positioned to ensure your privacy. You have your own beachfront spot to relax on a deckchair. Dolphin Sands is a beautiful beach and offers endless walking and swimming opportunities. Swansea is a 30 minute walk by beach.

d'Sands on Great Oyster Bay. The feature window frames the magnificent views of the Hazards of Freycinet National Park, which is only a 50 minutes drive away. Our guest house has one bedroom with queen size bed and a double fold out sofa bed in the common lounge area. Perfect romantic getaway or holiday by the sea and strolls on the beautiful Nine Mile Beach a must. Explore the delights of the region, fresh oysters, wineries and the charming coastal towns.

Hazards Escape - The Top Shack

Built as our home, the Top Shack was designed with a focus on comfort & tranquility. Split level, open plan living area makes the most of views while maintaining privacy, a fully equipped kitchen makes catering a breeze. Located on a quiet block 5 mins from Coles Bay - The Top Shack offers 3 bedrooms, (2 x queen, 1 x double), 1.5 bath, front deck, back deck & off street parking, it is a truly delightful place to escape & recharge.

The Overnight Pod

Peaceful, centrally located, clean, comfortable and affordable. Please note there are NO cooking facilities and NO television (but there is very fast Starlink wifi). The Pod is a great sleep in/eat out option for the budget traveller (there is a kettle and toaster for your convenience, there is NO microwave). Loads of natural light and a deck to relax in the sun.
