With one lovely bedroom featuring a queen bed and a charming living room with a futon, this awesome property is perfect for a relaxing get away. It is easy to see why you will be able to unwind at our place. Very close to Black Creek Lodge and boat ramp. Bring your boat and launch within blocks of the cottage (on site trailer parking). 20 minutes to the beaches of South Walton (30A, Grayton, and Inlet Beach).

Small Waves is set in the Blue Mountain Beach area, which is well-known for its charm, its restaurants, & its famous ice cream shop. We have an EV car charger for electric cars (no extra fee) plus access to an electric golf cart (extra fee). Bedroom has a king size bed & twin bed & there are also 2 twin beds upstairs.

The house is located in a secluded area off Scenic Highway 30A, about 1/2 mile from the Beach access at Stallworth lake. We are at one of the most pristine beaches in the area, adjacent to the Topsail State Preserve, with many hiking and biking trails, wildlife viewing, canoeing, kayaking and paddle-boarding options. This location has easy access to all the shopping and amenities of highway 98, yet close enough to bike to the action at Watercolor, Seaside and Grayton Beach.
