Villa-Roux is a spacious (70 square meters + balcony) self catering garden cottage on two levels. It is totally private and separate from the main house, but on the same plot. It is fully equipped for 4 people, ideal for a relaxing holiday and within a 15 to 20 min walking distance of the town centre with its many quaint little shops and cafes. It is situated on the way to Jonkershoek Nature Reserve, close to wine farms and Stellenbosch Central. A small shopping centre is 300m away and is open daily from 7am to 7pm. Plenty of wine estates for tasting /meals (Lourensford & Vergelegen only 5 minutes away). Many hiking trails & MTB trails within walking/cycling distance. My place is good for couples , adventurers, business travelers.

Leopard cottage is a quiet, newly finished and safe one bedroom self catering cottage located behind our house on a residential street in Franschhoek. You will have privacy on the covered stoop as you relax looking at the garden enjoying a meal and a glass of wine. A separate entrance to our cottage allows you to come and go as you please. Tranquil and serene, Pepperpot Cottage is a hidden gem situated in the historical centre of Paarl. The tiny 22 square meters is stylish and quaint with its own entrance and off street parking for one vehicle. It is completely private and guests are welcome to come and go at leisure. It has all the luxuries to make your stay relaxing and memorable with a lush view from the stoep across the garden, farm style pond and vegetable patch of our work in progress garden.

Groenvlei Self Catering is located in the beautiful town of Paarl, within close proximity to Paarlberg and close to Paarl's top facilities and schools. This accommodation offers 2 air-conditioned self-catering units that can each accommodate 3-4 guests and includes a TV with a full selection of DStv channels free secure parking and wifi included. We offer alternative power during electricity outages (no load shedding!). Unit 2 is our pet friendly unit :)
