Our architecturally designed little home by award winning architect, Anna-Marie Chin is nestled against beautiful exposed schist rock in a stunning landscape. There are 3 acres of land to roam on and the views from the land are stunning! The lounge has north facing high angled windows allowing all day sun and provides stunning views of the hills beyond and the gorgeous Central Otago landscape. From the west sliding doors and the built in window seat you have stunning views of the Remarkables. The Queenstown trail is right outside your door so it is a fabulous location for walking and biking. Come and stay and see for yourself!

Central FRANKTON Apartment - 1.2km walking distance from the Airport, 15 minute drive to Queenstown. Fabulous views down the lake to Cecil and Walter Peaks & Remarkables from the deck. Full kitchen -fridge/freezer, oven, gas stovetop, microwave, dishwasher. One Queen bedroom, with Bunkroom (off Queen room) and one bathroom with shower. Washing Machine/Dryer combo in the bathroom. Compact living area opening onto a large deck. 5-10 minute walk to Events Centre, and the central Frankton Bus Hub.

Located in the heart of the Frankton Flats area 25 minutes walk to the airport, close to restaurants and shopping. Views are to mountains whilst being adjacent to the commercial district. Situated between Coronet Peak and Remarkables this is ideal for ski trips to Queenstown. Enjoy a super-king size bed or this can be split to be two singles. For warm days and evenings, there is a small terrace to enjoy. NB there is currently construction underway across the road 7am-6pm. No onsite parking.

The Billiards Room

We call our house The Billiards Room because it was designed and built around a full-sized billiards table. This was a labour of love by a retired builder who used recycled materials to create a home with real character and charm. Modernised with style, it's a wonderful holiday home, summer and winter, still owned by the family of the builder. Even somewhere as beautiful as Queenstown, guests often prefer just to stay in.
