Private dock, large dining area, large deck, great screened in porch with 50 inch TV and fireplace, wifi, DVD and VCR. gas grill, flat top grill, fire pit, washer/ dryer, 50" Roku tv, stove, refrigerator, and keurig regular and drip coffee pot. The house sits a little way from the water, but the walk is level and easy. Private dock with ladder. 2 kayaks ,1 paddleboard, life preservers, large Jenga, and cornhole are on the premises for your use.
