Our large yard provides you additional space to enjoy the stunning view. From the first weekend of May-Sept 30th, you will also have access to our shared pier. Enjoy swimming, boating, fishing or other nearby activities: skiing, golfing and ziplining. Beach chairs/toys, fire pit, grill, games and folding chairs are also provided.

Welcome to Mellow Yellow, an adorable home with everything you need. Located close to downtown Grayslake where you will find restaurants, bars and cute hometown stores. Walk to Jones Island to relax on the beach or head to the Aquatic Family Center for a dip in the pool. Enjoy nearby attractions, Lake County Fairgrounds, Six Flags Great America, Great Lakes Naval Base, and Gurnee Mills Mall, or spend the day in Chicago which is 29 miles. Camp Wandawega: Lakeside 3 Bedroom Cabin

Overlooking the lake nestled right behind the main lodge, this cabin has 3 bedrooms, a half bathroom, a seating a room, a basic kitchenette & access to camp showers downstairs. One large bedroom has a queen bed, one room with bunkbeds, & one with a full bed to accommodate a max of 6 guests. (But the bunkbeds are best for kid-sized humans). Like all of Wandawega, it’s a back-to-basics, no-frills, primitive experience. Simple rooms, vintage furnishings. There is heat & a couple AC window units.

Close to Lake Geneva, & Renaissance Faire. Ski at Alpine Valley or Wilmot Mountain. 25 mins to Six Flags or Lake Geneva, 1 hr to Chgo or Milwaukee. 35 mins to Great Lakes Naval Base.
