Located in the center of Main Street, on Mirror Lake, Below the Books, Beside the Lake is a lakefront, 2 BR, 1 bath. apt. We have a fully equipped kitchen, but if you don't feel like cooking, one of Lake Placid's busiest restaurants is located right next door. There is in-floor heat in the bathroom, a full-size washer and dryer and the bedrooms have wall-mounted AC. You will have your own private deck with gas grill, and access to Mirror Lake. Gourmet kitchen, hot tub, WBF fireplace, gas fireplace in the kitchen. Two separate living areas, two decks and fire pit make for a great stay. Walk to Mirror Lake, downtown Lake Placid and return to the serenity of our lovely home. Made for the family who likes to cook and enjoy the Adirondacks. Parking is limited to 3 vehicle maximum.

Amenities include wifi, Amazon FireTV (movies, tv, etc. through Amazon Prime, Hulu, Disney & related apps) in the living room and the 2 bedrooms, as well as, games, books, full kitchen, laundry room, porch area, private parking, garbage removal, and a private outdoor patio area with gas bbq, gas fire pit, conversation set, and picnic table.

"The Walleye Queen" Adirondack Lakefront Cottage

Our lakeside cottage has great lake and mountain views. It is close to the public beach, family-friendly activities, restaurants and dining. You’ll love our place because of the coziness, the views, and the location. It has its own sandy beach. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids). The rate is for 4 guests, however we can accommodate 5, at an additional charge of $50.

This duplex consists of three bedrooms, one and a half baths, kitchen, living room, and laundry area with washer and dryer. Laundry area is shared with owner. Centrally located in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood. Anyone traveling the Erie Canal Bike Trail, we are 2 blocks North of this route. Anyone snowmobiling, we have access to trail C7. Ride from your front door.
